Teri Ward, President,

Teri has more than 15 years experience consulting, teaching,
coaching, and practicing communication skills and strategies.

Teri’s experience prior to Tagali
spans the discipline of communication. She was Director of
Marketing, New Business Development and an Account Manager for SHR
Perceptual Management working with clients such as The Boeing
Company, Kodak, BMW, and Alaska Airlines.

Previously she was Special
Projects Manager for the City of Scottsdale, overseeing presentation
development, process re-engineering, implementation, and fundraising
efforts for city planning and NASA-funded research and development.
Past experience also includes a
position as Senior News Producer and Special Projects Producer for
an ABC-TV affiliate.
She has taught university
students and professionals Business Communication, Public Speaking,
Organizational Communication, and Persuasive Speaking.
Teri is an accomplished speaker
and writer, recently contributing to a book for healthcare
professionals, The Healing Art of Communication. She received her
Ph.D. in Organizational Communication with an emphasis in
Communication Technology from the University of Kansas in 1997.

Jim Manton,

Advisory Group
Jim helps CEOs and business owners assess, select and develop senior
leaders. Jim also serves as an advisor and coach to senior
executives concerned with strategic issues and growth challenges.
Most recently the President of
Pinacor, Inc., a $5 billion technology distributor, Jim has served
in a variety of executive positions. At MicroAge, a Fortune 500
company, Jim was the Chief Operating Officer when MicroAge became a
public company in 1987. He also served as a division president in
three of MicroAge’s business units, taking those divisions from
start-up to industry leadership positions. Jim held management
positions at Johnson & Johnson and White Motor Co. after receiving
his MBA from the University of Denver.
Jim served as a member of the
Board of Directors for Mercari Technologies, a software company with
advanced merchandising and supply chain solutions, headquartered in
Washington, DC. Active in serving the community, he is both a
volunteer and a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters, the
President of the Enterprise Network, and taught Responsible
Leadership at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State
University.
