"Teri Ward has single handedly had more of a positive impact on my business than anything else I have done. She started by helping me clarify our overall strategic direction and then helped me develop systems so that my staff would be accountable for those goals. With these systems, my staff is just as interested in quality and profitability as I am and that makes an incredible difference in our ability to perform.

Once our systems were set up I continued to use her to help us monitor those systems and then expanded her role, calling her for advice on general communication issues as well as client and staff management. Her input is always thoughtful and useful. I never hesitate to recommend her to other business owners."

"Teri is remarkably skilled at providing just the right balance of encouragement and accountability. She helped me define my dreams, believe I can achieve them and holds me to task when I lose my focus.

She has also been an engaging and informative speaker for the Women President’s Organization and endowed us with ability to have those difficult conversations that arise in life."
